Netflix announced the launch its new documentary, Secrets from Saqqara Tomb, which will be aired at the end of October. Directed by James Tovell and Richard Bradley and produced by Caterina Turroni, the Lion Television and At Land Productions, the new documentary will provide a never before seen of Egypt’s renowned Saqqara archaeological site. The film has been produced alongside a team of Egyptian archaeologists with deep roots to their ancestors.
The documentary revolves around the discovery of an old kingdom priest’s tomb which remained unexplored for more than 4,500 years. The film will offer insights of the tomb along with many surprising artefacts. It also portrays findings never before found under the sands of Egypt, changing the course of history.
The documentary is set to be launched in more than 100 countries worldwide with over 30 subtitles languages available and a dubbed English version.
