New York-based open source video platform company, Kaltura, has acquired Israeli pay OTT TV provider, Tvinci, to strengthen its pay-TV operator proposition and create the world’s most comprehensive end-to-end pay OTT TV offering.
Kaltura has already begun integrating Tvinci’s technology into its OTT MediaGo product and the integrated platform will enable operators, telcos, media companies, content owners and distributors to reach and monetise every user on every device.

Tvinci customers include Yes in Israel, MediaCorp in Singapore, Eutelsat and Liberty Global in Europe while Kaltura’s global media customer base includes HBO, ABC, Warner Brothers, Paramount, DirecTV, Turner, and Wikipedia.
