beIN boosts content offer with Prime Entertainment’s pact renewal  

The Qatari-based brodcaster, beIn Media Group is enhancing its content offer with the extension of its deal with Prime Entertainment Group, the French producer and distributor. Great news for its viewers in the Middle East and North African regions.

The collaboration which started two years back, has been renewed for another two years. Included in the extended deal are 90 hours of content which comprise of 379 new episodes from the content library of Prime Entertainment.

This new collection available on beIN will include episodes of ‘Zoom In’, ‘Hollywood News Feed’, ‘Ultimate Countdown’ and ‘Hollywood on Set’. It is to be noted that the programs are being screened in different languages like Arab, English, Farsi, French and Hindu.

Commenting about the deal extension, David Freydt, the managing director of Prime Entertainment Group, said: “We are truly glad to renew our collaboration with beIN and to reinforce our presence in the Middle East and North Africa. For beIN it was very important to get high production value cinema-related programs”.

Also, he added: “This was part of their strategy in order to give this image of high-quality, high-standard entertainment channels. So, it’s an even bigger satisfaction for us that they picked up our shows”.
