Nigerian broadband service, VDT, will soon begin providing 4G data plans in 19 states in Nigeria. The company stated that it is leveraging on the Bitflux network it built to offer premium quality 4G broadband experience in the country.
The CEO of VDT, Abiodun Omonyi, stated, “The roll-out will come in phases, starting with the commercial centers of Nigeria. The retail broadband service is being launched to satisfy Nigeria’s insatiable data need [and] will have the same premium quality service for homes and individual subscribers as its business customers.’’
The service will be available in July 2019.
