The Morning Show takes up Sunrise’s time slot on e.tv

e.tv replaced Sunrise after a decade with The Morning Show.
Sunrise has been struggling for the past decades to retain viewership, e.tv finally decided to axe it down and replaced it with another long-running show.

The Morning Show is produced by Cheeky Media, which is also responsible for Real Talk with Anele on SABC3 and that produced the second season of the advertiser-funded production (AFP) She’s the One for e.tv in September 2015.

The Morning Show is presented by comedian Jason Goliath, Michaella Russell, Tumelo Mothotoane, Tino Chinyadi and Miss South Africa 2017 Adè van Heerden who will be hosting a segment, Medical Mondays.

In a statement e.tv issued, the channel said “e.tv viewers’ mornings will be revamped and revitalised with The Morning Show making its premiere at 6:00” on Monday 7 May.
