Ooredoo’s new Business App is proving a big hit, offering its Business-to-Business customers more control over their accounts through a wide array of services and features. The innovative service is the first of its kind in Oman in the telco market and puts its full portfolio of business-oriented products one click away.
Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, Chief of Business and Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo commented, “As the Sultanate’s digital partner of choice, our aim is to provide our customers with a way to really ‘Be Digital’, with an all-new way to access to our services. Our business-oriented products have redefined the operating models of organizations; by providing the tools that are required to excel in today’s fast-paced market”. Our Business App was designed to provide our customers with seamless digital solutions to manage their telecoms accounts from their handsets, on-the-go, so that they can make the right business decisions and stay ahead of the curve whenever and wherever.”
The Business App is intended to facilitate access at an individual level. All employees of a company can view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top-up credit and add roaming services. A second version of the app is coming soon with more advanced features, including granting a company’s telecoms-admin access to a vast range of options, such as management of base plans, bundles and add-ons, approving telecoms requests sent by employees and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines as well as the management of the company’s Nojoom loyalty points. The current version of this complimentary app can be downloaded at Ooredoo.om/BizApp.
Ooredoo’s Business App joins a growing portfolio of products and services launched specifically to champion the digital demands of Oman’s public and private sectors. The company prides itself on delivering the most-effective and convenient digital solutions to contribute to the Sultanate’s digital transformation.
