M-Net replaces Ellen with The Late Late Show

New timeslot has been allocated to Ellen DeGeneres’ show and James Corden’s show will be replacing the latter on M-Net. As from Monday 11 September viewers will be able to watch Ellen on VUZU (DSTV 116) and not on M-Net (DSTV 101) where it has been airing for several years now.

At the time Ellen was previously showing, The Late Late Show of James Corden will be showing at the timeslot previously allocated to Ellen’s Show. However, no reason was given as to why the show’s timeslot was moved by M-Net. James Corden’s show was previously exclusive to Naspers’ subscription Video-On-Demand (SVOD) service, Showmax.

Lani Lombard, M-Net head of publicity said, “Don’t be misled by the words Late Late in the show’s title. Even though the programme is broadcast late in the evening in the United States, it’s the perfect entertainment to put you in a good mood for the bumper prime-time offering each night.” He added, “M-Net continues to bring you the very best entertainment from around the globe and we’re thrilled to add this trendy programme to our schedule.”
