The pan-African broadcast network, Kwesé TV partnered with the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) to deliver the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 to Nigerians audiences for free on the Kwesé Free Sports channel.
As from Sunday 2 July 2017, Kwesé will broadcast the world’s finest soccer stars together with into the homes of Nigerian soccer lovers, as their nationwide groups compete for this prestigious title.
The competition, which will see African champions, Lions of Cameroun facing the rest of the world, will kick off today. With Kwesé’s exclusive FTA rights for the Confederations Cup for sub-Saharan Africa. A record number of football fans will be will be able to follow the tournament in all 36 states of the federation.
Kwesé Free Sports is offered free-to-air in Abuja via DTT signal and in analogue. This deal expands the channel’s reach to include nationwide analogue broadcast through NTA’s network.
