GOtv, the low-cost pay-tv channel in Africa, is bringing back ‘Big Brother Naija’, the famous reality show after a hiatus of ten years. Known earlier as ‘Big Brother Nigeria’, it will kick off on the 22 of January this year. The show will be broadcasted on GOtv channel 29 which is a 24/7 channel, dedicated to it.
Efe Obiomah, Public Relations Manager at GOtv, commented: “It is our firm belief that Big Brother Naija will give rise to a fresh wave of talented Nigerians. Going by the keenness and energy on display during the audition, we can safely say the show will offer our subscribers an amazing time”.
In the first edition of the show, participants competed for a sum of 100000 USD as prize money by performing numerous mental and physical tasks.
