Google added new features to online Play store in South Africa

Google recently announced that Google Play Music family plan and Family Library is now launched in South Africa. The features are available on android powered devices in nine countries including SA.

The Silicon Valley giant updated its support pages for the Family Library and the Google Play Music Family Plan, enabling countries where the features are available to have access to it. The Family Library allows users to share purchased apps, games, movies and TV shows as well as books from Google Play between 5 family members.

Google explained, “When you buy an eligible app, game, movie, TV show, or book in the Play Store, you can now share it with your family—across devices—with no additional sign-up fee.”

The users have the choice about what they want to share with the family members and what they want to keep in their personal library. Additionally, users can even share payment modes among the family members.
