Qatari teleco, Ooredoo, has partnered Philippines-based broadcaster, GMA Network Inc. (GMA), to launch Filipino channel bouquet, MyGMA, on Ooredoo’s pay-IPTV service, Mozaic TV.
“We look forward to this partnership with Ooredoo Qatar as it strengthens our goal of reaching more Filipinos across the globe,” said Joseph Francia, Vice-President and Head of International Operations at GMA. “Through quality programs that showcase the best that the Philippines has to offer, we hope to bring our kabayans in Qatar closer to home.”
Ooredoo customers will be offered new Filipino programs through GMA’s three international channels – entertainment channel, GMAPinoy TV; lifestyle channel, GMA Life TV and news channel, GMA News TV International. The channels with cater to over 342,000 Filipinos currently residing in Qatar.
