Futurs Médias group is expanding after the launch of two new channels, L’Obs TV and Record which is a sport daily news in partnership with Kwesé TV and Africanews. L’obs TV which is a new thematic television channel and on the other hand, “Record” is all about sport news.
The Futurs Médias group is today leader in the media landscape, with its media that are: th Rfm, Obs, Tfm, iGfm and the latest born King Fm. The Futurs Médias group is strengthening their status as leader and at the same time providing a new dimension to their palette.
Ibrahima Dieng, who is in charge of the two media said, “It is an exclusive alliance with the pan-African channel Kwesé Free sport and a partnership with Africanews, the Africa-focussed news channel of the Euronews group, the two are likely to boost our editorial offer and consolidate our leadership.”
In the strategic vision of Gfm, each product must meet its audience, with a refined editorial orientation. “Record” will complete the editorial offer of the Futurs Médias group in the field sport which has a strong interest among the public whereas L’Obs TV will broaden the scope of possibilities and bring an unprecedented offer to the Senegalese audiovisual landscape and thus this will allow making L’Obs TV a real cultural professional and representative of African values and traditions.
