TNgoza Kasunga-Matakala, managing director of MultiChoice announced yesterday the launching of two new local channels, Prime TV, which is a general entertainment channel and Camnet TV, a Christian contemporary channel on DStv. Prime TV (channel 273) and Camnet TV (channel 274) has been made available on the Premium, Compact +, Compact, Family and Access bouquets as from 11th of October 2017.
The essential focus and aim of MultiChoice is to provide Zambian DStv subscribers with even more inland programming content with the launch of these two local content channels. Ngoza Kasunga-Matakala said, “with this development we will continue to build relationships with local TV channels and local content providers in the main focus to keep growing the Zambian film and television sector. This is one of the ways to put in forefront our customers at the heart of everything we do as a business and will keep on working for the satisfaction of our customers for better viewing experience.”
