MultiChoice Zambia launched a Real Deal Campaign which sees the pay TV provider decreasing its subscriber rates across all packages as a treat to Zambians’ existing and potential customers.
The managing Director of MultiChoice Zambia, Ngoza Kasunga said during the announcement that the company continuously reviews its packages and price points to suit the dynamic market conditions on the country and to be in line with its customers’ expectations. This price cut reinforces the company’s commitment to offer more value to customers.
Ngoza Kasunga said, “We are delivering more value to our customers by giving them access to amazing local and international content at a price they can afford.” She added,“The business recognizes that we are living in changing economic times and wants to reward customers for their ongoing loyalty and support. In April 2016, we had a ‘no price increases’ or price lock on all packages in order to provide relief to our customers in the current tough economic conditions.”
